What we collect
- At checkout: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number, plus the details of your order.
- When you write to us: your message and email address.
- On this website: if we turn on Meta's measurement pixel, it uses cookies to measure how our ads perform.
How we use it
- To send your download link and order emails.
- To answer your questions and fix delivery problems.
- To send occasional emails about our products. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure which of our ads work.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the shop: our checkout and payment partner, our email provider and, if the pixel is on, Meta. Each receives only what it needs. We never sell or rent your data.
Payment details
Card, UPI and bank details go directly to our payment partner. We never see or store them.
The jaap counter
The 108-bead counter on our home page saves your count in your own browser. It never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other data only as long as it's useful to you.
Your choices
Email support@theaurakit.com to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails. We reply within 7 days.
