Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped: your purchase opens on screen as soon as you pay, and we email you the link.

When you'll receive it
- Instantly on screen: after a successful payment, your download page, report or reading opens in the same browser.
- By email within a few minutes: we send the same link to the email address you entered, so you can open it again any time.
If it doesn't arrive
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If the email still isn't there an hour after payment, write to support@theaurakit.com with your payment reference and we'll send it again within 48 hours. If we can't deliver, we refund you in full; see the refund policy.
How long links last
Your download page, report and reading links keep working. The individual file links on the download page last 24 hours; open the download page again for fresh ones.
Physical products
We don't sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no shipping times.
